Education issues promise to play a prominent role in Indiana’s upcoming general assembly session, so do taxes. And with property tax caps now part of Indiana’s constitution, more school districts could find it harder to cope financially. We discuss education issues, with Journal Gazette Editor/Writer Karen Francisco. East Allen County Schools Superintendent, Dr. Karyle Green, will join us on that district’s failed property tax referendum and what the district might do next to cope with dwindling resources.
